By creating an account, purchasing a lesson package, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

3. Registration and AccountTo use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. The contract for services is formed when your payment for a lesson package or monthly subscription is successfully processed.
4. Services ProvidedWe provide live online English lessons, including:
- One‑on‑one or small group instruction
- Digital educational materials and homework assignments
- Pronunciation practice and progress assessments
- Lesson scheduling and teacher matching
Lessons are conducted through our designated online platform.
Third-Party Platforms: Lessons are conducted via ClassIn. By using our services, you also agree to comply with ClassIn's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the platform's availability or functionality.
5. Subscription Packages and Payment- Packages: Lessons may be purchased for 3‑month, 6‑month, or 12‑month periods. You may choose between a Professional Instructor or a Native Expert.
- Monthly Recurring Plans: You may also choose a month-to-month subscription with recurring automatic payments.
- Payment Terms: All lessons must be paid in advance. For monthly recurring plans, payment is due at the start of each billing cycle. Payment for packages is due in full at the time of purchase.
- Price Adjustments: We reserve the right to modify lesson package and monthly plan prices. Existing subscribers will not be affected during their current subscription period. Price changes will apply upon renewal or purchase of a new package.
- Payment Processing: Payments are handled by secure third‑party providers. We do not store full payment card details.
6. Lesson Scheduling and Attendance6.1 SchedulingLessons must be scheduled through the platform calendar. You are responsible for ensuring the Student is ready at the scheduled time.
6.2 Rescheduling and Cancellation by User- You may reschedule a lesson at least 8 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty.
- If you cancel less than 8 hours before the lesson, the lesson is considered completed and will be deducted from your package balance or counted as used for monthly plans. It will not be refunded or rescheduled, unless the Teacher agrees to a different time (no refund in that case).
- Make-Up Lessons: A maximum of two lessons per month may be carried over to the next month if cancelled with proper notice (at least 8 hours). Carried-over lessons must be used within that next month; unused make-up lessons expire at the end of that month and are not refundable or transferable.
6.3 Teacher Cancellation or Technical Issues- If a Teacher cannot conduct a lesson due to technical problems, personal emergency, or force majeure, the School will offer either a rescheduled lesson or a full refund for that lesson (or credit back to your balance).
- If the lesson is interrupted due to the Teacher's issues, a partial refund for the unused time or a reschedule will be offered.
6.4 Student Technical Issues- If the Student experiences technical problems (internet, device, camera, microphone) during a lesson, they may request to pause the lesson. The Teacher will wait up to 10 minutes; if the issue persists, the remaining time may be rescheduled at the School's discretion. No refund will be given for the interrupted portion, but the rescheduled lesson replaces it.
- Technical issues on the Student's side are not a basis for a refund unless the School cannot offer a rescheduled lesson.
6.5 Complaint WindowAny complaint regarding the quality of a lesson must be reported to us within
24 hours of the lesson's completion. If no complaint is received within this period, the lesson is considered properly conducted.
7. User ObligationsAs a User, you agree to:
- Provide a quiet, suitable learning environment with minimal distractions (TV, music, background noise).
- Technical Requirements: Ensure a stable internet connection (at least 5 Mbps download/upload), a functioning device with camera and microphone, and an updated browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge).
- Ensure the Student is punctual and ready for each lesson.
- Treat Teachers and School staff with respect at all times.
- Encourage the Student to complete homework and actively participate.
- Communicate any questions about progress directly with the Teacher (language permitting) or through the Monitor if needed.
- Language Support: If a language barrier exists between the parent and teacher, the Monitor will facilitate communication. However, the School cannot guarantee real-time translation during lessons.
- Provide feedback to help us improve lesson quality.
- Child Safety: Parents or guardians must remain in the same home during lessons and be available to assist if needed. The School reserves the right to terminate services if there is any concern regarding child safety or inappropriate behavior during lessons.
8. School RightsWe reserve the right to:
- Teacher Replacement: If you are unhappy with your assigned Teacher, we will make reasonable efforts to assign a different teacher. This is your sole remedy; no refund will be provided for dissatisfaction with a teacher.
- Replace a Teacher with another qualified instructor if necessary (due to illness, resignation, scheduling conflicts, or performance issues). In such cases, we will offer an equally qualified replacement.
- Modify teaching materials and curriculum.
- Adjust lesson schedules due to operational requirements (with reasonable notice).
- Terminate services if a User violates these Terms or engages in abusive behavior.
9. Refund Policy9.1 Cooling-Off Period (14 Days)- If you purchase a lesson package or monthly subscription online, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided that no lessons have been taken.
- If you request the service to begin during the cooling-off period and a lesson is completed, you acknowledge that you lose the right to cancel and receive a refund under this section.
9.2 After the Cooling-Off Period (No Refunds for Change of Mind)- After the 14-day cooling-off period has expired, no refunds will be issued for change of mind, dissatisfaction, or non-attendance. This includes situations where the student decides they do not wish to continue, does not like the teacher, or finds the course unsuitable.
- If you are unhappy with your assigned teacher, we will make reasonable efforts to assign a different teacher. This is your sole remedy; no refund will be provided.
9.3 Exceptional Circumstances (Discretionary Refunds)- In the event of exceptional circumstances (e.g., serious long-term illness preventing attendance, permanent relocation to a time zone where we cannot schedule lessons), you may contact us to request a discretionary review.
- If we approve a refund under such circumstances, it will be calculated as follows:
- Refund = Total Amount Paid – (Number of lessons conducted × Regular single-lesson price)
- Where:
- Regular single-lesson price is the standard price for a single lesson without any package discount (currently $7.00 or as published on our website).
- Lessons conducted include any lessons missed without proper cancellation (as per Section 6.2).
- Any refund approved under this section is a gesture of goodwill and does not create a precedent or obligation for future requests.
9.4 Our Obligations- If we are unable to provide the services due to our own fault (e.g., we cancel all classes permanently), you will be entitled to a pro-rata refund of unused lessons calculated at the package rate.

- Payment: You authorize us to charge your payment method monthly for the agreed number of lessons per month.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. Cancellation will stop future monthly charges from being processed.
- No Refund for Current Month: Payments already processed for the current month are non-refundable. This includes both completed lessons and any remaining lessons in that month that you choose not to attend.
- Scheduled Lessons After Cancellation: After cancellation, any lessons already scheduled for the current month may still be attended. No new lessons will be scheduled for future months.
- 14-Day Cooling-Off: If you are a new monthly subscriber, the 14-day cooling-off period applies only to your first payment, and only if no lessons have been taken during that period.
- Teacher Replacement: If you are unhappy with your teacher, we will assign a different teacher. This is your sole remedy; no refund or credit will be provided.
